PHP Programmer required (2 jobs)

Hi,

We have a current affiliate script installed using post affiliate pro, we would like 2 modifications to be completed.

1.

When an affiliate logs into the affiliate panel they can view their transaction report to view their performance. This report consists of datetime, affiliate id, commission etc and we need this information to also be available to download in the form of CSV.


2.

We need a programmer to be able to edit the script to stop duplicate leads per affiliate. E.g. Affiliate no. 1 sends ip address 1.2.3.4 through the site 2 times in on day. We only want them to send it once, so need to decline the second transaction of that day.
Although if Affiliate no. 2 sends the same ip address 1.2.3.4 through on the same date this needs to still be accepted.

This will therefore needs to take 3 pieces of data into account ( affiliate no. , ip, date).
