Buying PHP Programmer - Online Payment

    I'm looking for a PHP programmer with high iTraders and previous jobs.
    I want a website which needs some online payment and works with Paypal, Webmoney, Liberty Reserve Credit Cards and...

    I have a sample website.

    I DONT pay before I get the full job
    [unfortunately this is my third times that paid but script doesn't work]
