Buying PHP Programmer Needed

    I have a website where people register and have access to members content.

    I need a programer to make it so that people have to pay a monthly fee for membership. It has to be done through paypal.

    Also, I need an affiliate system developed.

    My budget is not too big but please send me your quotes on this project.
