PHP Programmer Needed.

Hello all,

I need a php programmer for the following.

1: I will provide you php file (which add fields to db, and its restricted, via dreamweaver) it works fine, adding menu, text fields to db.


2: I need you to add, 2 image fields, which upload images to directory, and save it to database.

3: image files uploaded should have changed name (example: if i upload test.jpg name should be changed to test123.jpg so user wont upload images with same name)


Please tell me your rates for doing this, and time frame.
