PHP programmer needed for subscription

    I am looking for a payment processing/membership script clone of amember that can do the following:

    - allow access to secured part of the website after signup and fee payment
    - accept payments online by credit card, paypal, 2CO, . (will also need NoChex, VeriSign PayFlow, Authorize.Net, PaySystems, Probilling, Multicards,WorldPay, Moneybookers, etc.)
    - create membership profile for subscribers allowing them access to certain parts of the websites...also, allows them limited access to member profiles.
    - has an admin section to control subscriptions and memberships...also need mass email functionality to subscribers.
    - Can be used on multiple websites ( different domains, different ip addresses) using PHP and mysql. --- Otherwise I may have bought amember
    - able to assing passwords to member groups so they can access one section wile other groups can only access their assigned section.
    - and NOT using htacess file for resources

    I Need it in 1 week, if possible
