PHP programmer needed for custom work on Pligg, SMF and Gallery

Hey, I need someone to do a few things with SMF, Pligg and Gallery.
I basically would like some custom headers and footers added, which I will have someone else design. I think this is a fairly easy job for anyone who knows what they are doing.

I would also appreciate some documentation as to what changes you make, and how you make them so that I can do that for myself in the future.
