PHP Programmer looking for Large Projects

I'm looking for large PHP projects to develop.

I've been working on various small projects and I want to get into something a little bigger. I'm really interested in setting up "niche networks" - essentially a network with specific functions targeted towards your niche. Really I will be interested in any project that plans to have user activity, it just makes the development more exciting for me.

I will consider all payment options - I do need cash so I can't put everything into a percent stake. Just as a guideline, I hope to make at least $1000 a month working on a project. Ideally, I will only need to take on one project at a time. I will generally work around 10-20 hours a week.

Hi I have some real corkers for you if you’re interested, most of my sites have a lot of user interaction and some go to VERY large audiences and have very large complex programs!

Personally I can write in both Perl and PHP but I am bogged down with work at present and hence the reason I am looking for other suitable candidates to offload work to, I have around 3 projects on my desk (ready to go) at present and I am only going to complete one of them in the very near future!

I would like to see some code examples of your work! I will be looking for well-structured code with meaningful variables and functions etc.

I would probably give you a fairly simple script to do first and maybe create some classes, then I would hand you a large job (providing the price is right) could you give me some idea of a program that would take you a month to build?
