Buying PHP Programmer for a custom real estate script

    Hello
    Need a PHP programmer for a custom real estate script. U will work only on a script, simple template customization(user & admin side). Pay per hours of work or full script until it is done. Portfolio mandatory, will provide some source code examples.

    U will work only on a script + simple template customization(user & admin side), NOT just template side. I need fully functioned script for this website.
