Hello, All works fine in Firefox, but IE produces garbish. If you have a look at www.proxies4u.com - which is under construction - using the the two browsers you will see that Firefox places the content of <div class="innerContent"> at the top right, where it ought to be, whereas IE puts it at the bottom of the page. The script I am using is great otherwise, really. The owner is a genius which didn't insert comments, but when you look at the code you will find "innerContent" called from the index.php in the root menu which calls the inner content located in the includes/templates folder, e .g. home.php . I think the problem is easy to solve for a Pro, please help me. Thanks a lot. If want some $ then please PM to discuss details. Please find attached index.php and home.php
Hi, Even I get similar problem for some designs. The problem for me is mainly the new version of Internet explorer - IE 8. IE 7 and 6 work fine.
Thx for sharing your experience with IE8. In the case here the problem exists with IE7, and I haven't even tried version 8 yet ...
Odds are its how you are commenting the CSS. //comment isn't how CSS does comments. Use the format of /* comment */. FF will ignore mistakes in the CSS. IE tends to choke on them.
Thanks so much shallowink, you have solved the problem !!! I did insert those comments while working my way trough the script. Thread can be considered closed, thanks!
