Buying PHP PayPal Developer

    We need help on one of our sites that is using the PayPal IPN. We need someone who is familiar with the PHP that goes along with it. The project is urgent and it would have to be done within the next few hours. The task itself should be simple and straightforward to anyone with knowledge and experience in PHP.
