HI, Just wanna ask for some opinions

    For the Sake of SEO

    will domain.com/file.php better
    or domain.com/file.html

There will only be file names and no query strings at tall

If html is better. Then I may need to use mod rewrite to rewrite the url

I see. Thanks for your advice, I just do not want to increase the burden of the server because of mod rewrite.

For SEO it doesn't matter whether it is html or php but presence of JavaScript matters.

I would rather mod_rewrite it to domain.com/file and always keeping the url max relevant.

No Worries, Whether your site is in html or php, treated same.

Do not use Frames, Flash, JavaScript, Image Maps, or Dynamic URLs

As long as the urls does not contain odd strings, there is no problem with that.

    put this in the .htaccess

It doesn't matter what extension name you have on your site, they are both accepted. The most important is, your site/page will work and no errors occured during the execution..
