    Hi everyone,

I have a site in the works that offers 3 different consulting services and I am using basic HTML design. When a user choices a solution they click on a link that loads a new page that has inbut boxes for their personal data. When they are done entering their information I will have them redirected to paypal for the payment amount. Since I do not have a shopping cart is PHP necessary? Would I be able to once the user fills out their data and selects pay somehow have this saved to a database to log the information? I am trying to get an idea on which route to go and how to get there. Any help or feedback is appreicated. Thanks.

That's pretty much it: HTML, PHP and MySQL

Although for extra "frilly bits" you can include some Javascript and CSS.

If on a site of page html, unit them with the help of the PHP-program, for example Rumba Tree. It will decide a problem with design and menu.

You do need PHP and MySQL for that. There will be lots of tutorials on it though, so don't worry.
