[PHP] Need Coder, Deny Direct Linking, Allow only Refer (simple)

Hey guys/girls!

My setup: main site + external file server
Straight to the point, this is a what i need:

I have a very simple php script which grabs Files via $ID / php Header, from a directory on a external server that i own (it is not database driven, there is no mysql).

What i need is to deny access if the user enters the direct url of the files on the external server and only allow access if the download/referral is coming from the main site.

The files are .avi & .mp4 .zip


Please let me know time frame + price, i am able to pay via Paypal.
