Hey there guys How long it would take me to learn php/mysql programming? Learning constantlly..everyday... ..and any tips where should I start are welcome...
If you know programming already (like C/C++, Java, VB), then it would take about 2 weeks - 1 month full time to learn php/mySql in the average case. If you don't know html, then of cause it will take 2 more weeks to learn with some CSS and Javascript. All depends on your level of knowledge, talent & dedication. ...well i have just basic knowledges...im just learning html,css..its pretty easy one..but about php.. i do know just how to do some modifications with google help..so far..is it just about to know what syntax is good for?..than just keep training it and testing.. ..so u telling me..a month or two like...to be able to do for example something like phpld script...custom one...?...as to talent and dedication ..there r both.....but there r small time reserves.. ...thx for the tuts...
Just learn the basic set of syntax & semantics in parallel to lots of example programmes. When you feel some confidence, start developing the the custom script in your dream You can catch rest of the functionality as required. When you have free time, read about how to not getting hacked with certain methods. This will also helpful when you build a real thing. I think you have more than enough power and passion to give it a start. Good luck !!!!
