PHP/MySQL programmer wanted

I would like to find a PHP programmer who can make me a script which will do the following:
Have a Form which has around 3 Drop down menus and a few tick boxes.
Once submitted it will search the database and display the relelvant results.
On the results page each of the results can be clicked on and it will display a page with more information on.

I would also like an admin panel where people can register and submit there information to be included in the search where they can add delete and edit information, and also an admin panel for me where i can do the same (add, edit and delete all information)

I would be interested in some quotes and time frames for this please.
