Buying PHP/MySQL Programmer Urgently Required

    Hi,

    I need a custom CMS. Please don't PM me asking for payment upfront because I am not willing to pay anything until I see something in motion.

    Need the following:

    - Registration
    - Login
    - Profile Page
    - Simple PayPal Integration
    - I want to accept payments via 2checkout as well.
    - Create A listing page (includes image of product, price, details etc.)

    I could do this myself but I'm not that great in terms of security and using the latest coding practices, and I need this done properly.

    It's a pretty straightforward CMS for someone who knows what they are doing. No budget, just PM me your prices/payment terms and your previous work. I'm not willing to base this off an existing CMS, it needs to be custom as I want to implement other features in the future.

    Having someone develop a custom CMS for you will cost you thousands.

    In the end it will include lots of bugs and will cost you more to fix if ever it gets fixed.

    It will cost what it costs I guess, there are a few features that need implementing in the future so I think it's only wise to get someone to work on it from the start.
