PHP+MYSQL Programmer to make a script like themes.wordpress.net

    The script I want is like the script at themes.wordpress.net , it should include member sign up, upload theme zip files and thumbnail separately, that people can download. The script should have download count for all zip files and heavy protection against spam. Commeting system should be there for members.

    Do you want the layout to be done as well ?
    If its pure PHP and MySQL backend coding that has to be done , send me a PM if you are still looking but the site layout will still have to be designed by you .
