Hi, I am wanting a new support ticket system for my website. I currently have a support ticket system installed on my hosting, however i would like this script to be 'modded' (altered), to fit in with my design. Also, this should mean that when users are logged in on my website, they can view their support tickets without having to re-log in to the support ticket script.
