I need a PHP/MYSQL programmer for multiple projects. I don't have enough work to keep someone busy everyday but would like someone I can go to on a regular basis for creating PHP scripts and forms. Also need a person that is able to develop template style page so the CSS etc., can be change easily. PM with your experience and samples. Thanks
