Hi, I need a PHP/MySQL programmer for a new CMS. It's going to be a fairly big job so I need someone to make sure it is programmed in a way that you can implement new features easily in the future as this will be on going work. If you can work from an existing CMS/Framework that will save time and costs then that will be even better. Here are a few basic details: It's going to be a new site that the user can register for an account and list a physical product for sale. Another user can then register for an account and click on the buy it now button to purchase the product, there won't be any payment integration needed as that is upto the buyer and seller to agree. I will need the programmer to build a small feedback system to go along with the users profiles so people can see they have bought and sold products before. I need an admin panel that will be able to accept listings or decline listings if they don't meet the specific criteria. Along with multiple other features such as members list (suspend accounts, activate accounts etc.) and a list of all products that are active for sale, declined, need to be accepted etc. It's quite a big job and will require someone that knows what they are doing, I need someone reliable and someone who will be able to implement new features within the near future. It's probably between 100-200 hours of work obviously depending on different factors such as if the programmer is going to build the whole thing from scratch.
