I am looking for somebody to aid in developing a game which is due to be released in approximately a month. This will be a long-term part-time job. Payment is based on performance, so by adding many features to the game, you will earn a higher percentage profit. All I require is close communications, good/very good PHP and MySQL Skills, MSN/Skype, roughly within the GMT if possible and a drive to create a successful game for the enjoyment of it and not just the cash. I will be primarily focussed on in-game moderation and advertising so you will only need to handle server side development. I personally have a vast array of experience in online gaming, both playing and managing so I know how to correctly run a game. All server & hosting costs will be funded by myself. I already have a script (Mccodes Version 2.0) to work from with a few found add-ons for a quick start, but I will need more updates as time goes on and of course bug fixes. This project won't take much time, but you do earn a percentage of profits (This is not ownership shares however). Preferably experience with Mccodes is great, but PHP and MySQL are a must. Let me know what percentage you can do this for, your time zone, preferred method of communication, preferred method of pay and how much time you can dedicate to this project, as well as previous experience in programming where possible!
