I am looking for an American programmer that is proficient in PHP, MySQL, and jQuery is a plus. I own http://filerev.com and am in need of an additional programmer to re-code it. You MUST have experience building CPA-type websites, as this is a Paid Per Download website, which relies heavily on PostBack. Programmer must also be able to create PostBack for several ad networks of my choice. I also need you to be able to use API to bring in offers.
