I'm looking for someone that can create a duplication of this site: http://ottobib.com/ -- an online bibliography generator. There are, of course, some custom modifications I want made to the site. The application will use AWS (Amazon Web Services) to get all the information. The coder does not need to design it, just build the framework and the functionality.
