Terms and Conditions of work 1) You provide a complete list of features you need. List has to be complete and detailed. Any changes made after the final quote will be charged extra. No discount will be offered on the extra amount, 2) You will need to specify, if you need the site done from scratch or built upon a framework(CodeIgniter). Frameworks are recommended. 3) Software will be under a 3 weeks warranty, where in all bugs will be fixed. Any modifications, to change the site or a feature will be charged. After the warranty, all bug fixes will be done at $5/hour. 4) All extra work will be done at $15/hour. 5) Payments will be made through PayPal only, and will be broken as 25% prior to work. Remaining after complete online demo of the site. 6) I reserve the rights to showcase your site on my portfolio, and you are to leave a comment on the work done on my portfolio. What do you get 1) You get complete source code 2) Software will be installed on your server. Incase your server does not meet the minimum requirements for the site, I wont be responsible. 3) You will be notified of the progress, and an online demo will be available.
