Hi, I am looking for somone to develop a custom utility to add to my websites. I need a php application that can take configurable rss feeds (up to 5) and then produce SEO friendly (URL) pages from the feeds. The pages produced should be template based so they can be customised to different sites. There should also be an index page which should allow a configurable number of page links (the page titles with SEO friendly links to the pages) to be specified (similar to latest posts in WordPress). It would also be useful if this could be added to the bottom of each page so the other page links are available on each page. The utility will need to take into consideration special characters that are often used in feed titles such as quotation marks, pound signs etc. when constructing the SEO Friendly URL's. The page info from the feeds should be stored in a MySql database. The admin part doesn't need to be fancy and could be done in a config file rather than an admin page.
