PHP/mysql coder needed to code a web form

    Hi,

    I need someone to code me a basic 'contact details' style form and a mysql backend to capture the submited data. It should be secure from xss and other attacks and also each input of the form will need validating.

    The form will be used in a website I am having designed at the moment.
