PHP/MySQL/AJAX Programmer Needed

    I am in need of a programmer that understands and has a very good knowledge of PHP/MySQL/AJAX/CSS.

    I have an established website and my programmer recently quit due to personal life reasons. I need someone to fill his place as soon as possible. What I am requiring now is for the additions to my website to be completed and to help me with future needs. I need the programmer to be in contact constantly and to not 'disappear' for periods at a time. The site is very easy to edit as it has Side Server Includes for the Header/Sides/Footer. The way that I work is I make an html page with what I want the page to look like and do and you need to implement the scripting to make that possible. I am not very good at HTML so you will need to correct my mistakes. I will also need someone to go through the whole website and make it Search Engine Friendly! We need lots of SEO work.

    I can pay on a per item basis or regular pay + bonus.
