PHP MySQL Admin

    Does anything know of an existing PHP script which allows you to manage mysql databases in the same way cpanel does. I am talking about managing databases & users, not the actual database content.

    Need this for research, not usage.

    phpmyadmin does both.

    Actually, it is not the cpanel that does manage the mysql database and users. There is a third party tool named PhpMyAdmin present in the cPanel. MySQL dbs and users can be managed using PhpMyAdmin.
