Php Modifications needed

    I need someone to modify a script for me to do the following:
    1. to have title and description automaticly taken from the page keywords too
    2. to have seo links (for example when im uploading a video it uploads to view_video.php?id=16 and i would like the link to be something like this /video-description/video-name
    And other things
    the site im talking about is click here
    take a look and see if u can do it. All i can say its a difficult code but an expert should be able to do it really fast!
