PHP menu - how does it toggle the right tab?

    Hi all!

    I try to learn some PHP, and I cant find how does the browser know to toggle the current tab on the menu.

    the current page's tab is colored in black (on the horizontal menu) and I cant find how?

    it was "function toggle(divname)"
