I am not sure php mail script will work well with email marketing. Why dont you try with real service for email marketing? Try google with mass email, send mass email. It may lead you to good email marketing service.

When any php mailing script works in your own server, there is always some kind of limitation related to mass mailing. If you send out too many email at the same time, surely it will raise red flags from your Hosting service. Whereas, email marketing service has registered and well-known, you will not run into trouble when sending too many emails. Just my 2 cent.
