Buying PHP login sessions script, convert from MySQL to MSSQL using SQLSRV driver

Changed so it uses the SQLSRV driver syntax:
http://php.net/manual/en/book.sqlsrv.php

You will have to test on your own server as I can't give access to the local server on this network.
