So which is better and why? PHP Live or Stardevelop's Live Help? I am seriously considering both of them for my company. Please don't tell me to use Crafty Syntax as I have tried it and hate it. If you truly must suggest another option (though I have probably gone through it already), here are my requirements: Ability to initiate chat with visitor on the site Ability to automatically save transcripts Unlimited departments and people Less than $200 I would also prefer one that I can change the logo and put my company logo.
