Buying PHP/JS developer to help me fix an existing wordpress plugin (twitter related)

    I have a plugin I use, it has been broken for awhile, it seems related to a callback from twitter. I need that issue fixed, and I would like to get the php scripts for the plugin hosted on my own website, rather than on the original developer's website. (They've neglected it for over a year and if I'm paying for a fix for me to use I want to make sure I am not stuck when their site goes down, as I presume it will upon expiry due to lack of activity.
