PHP Javascript Expert Needed - Paid Job

I need someone who can write code that will protect my referral list on my site from cheaters.

Examples of ways the referral list can be cheated:

invisible iframes
sending a bunch of proxy traffic
posting referral info without even opening a browser
code similar to

which sends a fake hit into an image...
etc...

Please contact me if you're capable of writing code to identify these forms of 'fake' traffic.

I'll pay $50 for the code to identify this 'traffic'.
