Php IDE

I was just wondering if any of you all had any good suggestions for a php IDE that works in Linux. I had just been using a simple text editor with syntax highlighting and recently I've started using Aptana but it just doesn't seem to be what I need. Aptana is nice it has a great editor and automatically checks for parse errors as you type which is a big time savor but because of the way it's integrated withe the Aptana cloud which I don't use it seems like it doesn't fit for me. So what's your favorite IDE for PHP?

Yes, NETBEANS is most definitely the best one on the market. I used DreamWaver before, but it crashes with complex/large php scripts and is not good. Also lets not forget that NB is free :D

Do you really pay $399 for Zend studio? At least it seems like it costs that much:
    http://shop.zend.com/en/zend-studio-for-eclipse.html
And it looks like it just a plugin for Eclipse like Aptana. I'll have to give Netbeans a try. I have used it in the past for java and was actually pretty impressed although it ran pretty slow on my machine.

    Zend Studio is AWESOME!!
If you work on team project with more than 3 people THIS IS A MUST!

But if you do, then it will be business expense, so the price is not an issue.
Eclipse is only for enterprise 20+ people since it has really nice framework which is toooo large for small projects.

For small projects NetBeans is the best.

    Cheers,

I've been working with netbeans for a few days and It seems to be a lot better than aptana. Faster and better at staying in sync with remote sites. Thanks for all your input.
