PHP + forms processing

    Looking for someone familiar / comfortable with php / forms processing.

    1) Need a form that will be processed twice i.e. same data, first gets saved as a CSV / excel / text file, then passed through for the second process (3rd party autoresponder signup).

    - Also need a variation where the form submits to 2 different autoresponders.


    2) Form to CSV, with autonumbering, sends a reply to the submitter with the number assigned.

    3) Forms processing with link verification (user submits a url, reciprocal link checking required.)

    Anyone interested and willing? Indicative pricing would be appreciated; I do understand that you will need more details for a quote, but looking for ballpark estimates.
