PHP files work on Safari and Firefox but not in IE.

I have two PHP files that are the template of almost all pages in my website. For some reason, after I'm back from holiday, my company's website can't be opened in IE but it can be viewed perfectly fine from Firefox and Safari.

The person who was in charge of website development resigned few weeks ago and I have very limited knowledge in website. Now I have to deal with this issue and I have no idea what caused it.

My company's website is www.cisb.com.cn. If you can see it works fine in Safari and Firefox but not in IE. The main page is fine but if you go into the menus, in IE, you can only see the header and bottom of the page. Most of the pages will call out detail_static.php and some pages will call out detail_academic2.php as their templates.

    Please help! Thanks.
