PHP File into HTML Formate

Please help me, how can i convert PHP file into to HTML format without using any api like (dompdf, fpdf).

What do you mean by converting PHP file into HTML (especially when you mentioned scripts that are used to constract pdf files)?

 

I'm going to assume you want to convert a PDF file into an HTML file by using PHP without the use of a CLASS or vise versa, correct?

You should use a class. It makes no sense not to. Why would you not want to use one?

Uhm... you wanna create a PDF-page from a HTML-page? If so, right click, print (or Ctrl + P) and chose PDF-printer (whichever you've got installed)

 

Now, don't take this the wrong way, and NOT to go all medieval on yer tuchas Samuel L. Jackson style, but Englisc modor wyrter! Gedon eow cweþan hit!?!

I cannot make sense whatsoever out of what is being asked here.
