PHP: file download, external file, get size

    I am downloading files from Rapidshare, so the getsize($file); isn't working, any idea how can I get the file's size? it works anyway but it doesn't resume, neither file size/ETA is shown.

    Will pay you if needed, ;)

    Check out the php function fsockopen(). You need to open a socket, and then get the HEAD Content-Length of the image file...
