Buying PHP expert to fix script (PayPal IPN knowledge perferred)

    Recently my PayPal Instant Payment Notification(IPN) PHP script have stopped working. With very limited PHP knowledge I've tried everything I could think of, without success.

    Are you able to solve (or find the answer that can solve) my PHP IPN script issues? If so I offer $50 by PayPal or by Moneybookers, as you perfer.
