Hello i have a rather large project that needs a very skilled php programmer to work on. English skills must be great and you should be ok working on a dedicated basis and signing an NDA. Good luck with filtering through all the idiots who can't read simple instructions, at least you know if they can't follow initial instructions you can bin them from the list of potentials as there's no way they'd even be able to work to a spec!
