PHP Error

    I'm on a new server and for some strange reason I keep getting this odd error when trying to install new onto one of my sites

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/myspacelayoutsx/public_html/ad_network_329.php on line 21

    What does this mean? In the footer of http://www.myspacelayoutsx.com

    Can I please get some support! I wan't to run ads!

    Try removing the "@" from the beginning of the "fsockopen" function and see if it yields any other error.
