PHP error with fresh IPB Install?!?!?

    Hey everyone. I recently installed a fresh copy of IPB on my website, along with unreal portal, and already there are errors. When I click on members I get this. I haven't edited that file at all... What's wrong? I could probably fix it but has anyone else had this issue? Common? Helpppp

    Are you using imported skin? if so, switch to default skin will fix the problem.

    Nope It's default skins. I'm guessing the Portal installation screwed it up or something. Anyone got a working copy of that file they could upload? Thanks
