    Hi,
    http://www.phpencyclopedia.com/

The reason I created this is, I tell issues with question-answer format. Which I believe is more helpful for learning. If you're a newbie, I suggest you to bookmark, because I'll write more and more articles as time goes by.

The site is not only on PHP, it'll also be on related technologies and standards. My main language is not English but I hope my content is fluent on content.

An example, an informational "Relational database"
    http://www.phpencyclopedia.com/questions/what's+a+relational+database/9

I'm open to every idea. It's a new born baby.
    Thanks!

You can also add questions to be answered with an article here under this threat, if you're new to php, javascript, ajax, html, or any other w3c standards.

    Thanks!

I don't understand why you didn't do this in your native language, in English there already are a billion pages about PHP on the web.

But anyway, you need a section where people can post there questions. The answers can be written by you, but have you considered a wiki or something that crowdsources answers, like Yahoo!'s Q & A? Then introduce a voting system for good answers and voila, you have a website which runs itself and massive potential for growth.

I assume that you know how to code in PHP, so it should be easy. The website you have now, in its current incarnation, could be run by anyone, without any scripting knowledge, so why not go for something more ambitious.
