php display an rss feed

    Guys does anyone know how to display an rss feed say a news feed on a site through php?????

    hoping to use hard code for all of it an not download any aggregators..

    actuall guys what im really looking for is say each news headline to move across the screen..im thinking i may need javascript not sure

    The method depends entirely on the feed you want to aggregate.
