PHP developer needed

    Hello, I am in need of a php developer to create a webapp.

    Developer must:
    Be willing to sign a NDA
    Be able to chat with me on via IM, or phone.
    Have past work to show me.

    I cannot give many details here, but will release more once you contact me with your portfolio.

    I can say that the webapp will require users to be able to log in, create and edit items, and catalog items on their page. That is all I can say here.
