PHP Designer - Proxy TopList Customization

    Hello all,

    I am looking to have some modifications done to a free template I got. You can see this at (h ill g ir l.in fo) remove the spaces.

    I would like to add several things including.

    Flags for IP and Proxy Origination
    Scrolling Banner
    Color Scheme Adjustment
    A place to upload and download templates (external links only)
    Incorporation of Current logo -Logo will be sent upon job approval

    and several other small things.

    Once again, you are not creating the script. You are editing the one I already have. I hope this clears a couple things up.
