Hi, Does anyone know where do I get a cheaper version of php designer 2008? I have used the trial verison and it has expired now and kind of liked the software.... thanks
Thanks but I am not good at installation.... and stuff.... it looks more complex to install than PHP Designer.....
A user called hurryhost.com offered to give me a legal working key and asked me to pay him $30.00 I paid him and in return I get a key which was generated by a illegal key generator..... he would not refund me the money. I seacrhed him online and called him and he would not give me the money...... what do i do now..... If I get banned from this forum....... guys need your help.....
Lol, you're not gonna get banned for that. Plus, this hurryhost guy didn't have the right to sell his key in first place (even if he had a legal one). So either way, it's illegal. If the key works, I'd just move on... if it doesn't, there's nothing much you can do. The forum (mods and admins) won't help you in this situation, but perhaps if you keep calling him a few 100 times he'll get annoyed and refunds you.
Thanks Nico.... I think I will let it go..... but its the first time I have ever been fooled online..... no wonder he did not want to use the escrow services..... He even had 0 reputation too...... hhhhhmmmmm..... so angry......
PHPDesigner is cheap compared to a lot of other commercial IDE's out there for PHP. If you want to get expensive just look at the price of Zend Studio for example.
Since I have lost $30 shelling out another $57 for PHP Designer is little dear for me considering I have not made a single penny over last 3 months LOL......... Cheers
Hi Sangil, That is so gutting that you got caught out, i was just reading your thread, i am interested in learning more about PHP, this software that you are all talking about what can you build with it, can you build job boards for example? look forward to hearing back, NZ girl
NZ Girl.... looks like you from New Zealand too.... I am from Auckland.... I am learning as you are but yes I can give you more details.....Where are u from? Send me a message if you wish....Yes there are some sites where you can build job boards and you don't need to learn the whole language just parts.... send me a mail anyways..... speak to you soon..... cheers
I'm telling you, Eclipse is the way to go. It's a full IDE as well, and it has a ton of features. Check out a screenshot: Here's a direct download link for the PHP version for Windows: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/do...-in-one/pdt-all-in-one-S20071213_M1-win32.zip
Just grab the all in one zip file from http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/downloads/?release=R20080103 . As far as installation goes it's just a matter of unzipping it and then running eclipse.exe from wherever you unzipped it to.
