Buying Php Cron Job

    I need some one who is very familiar with php cron job.
    I need to change the value of a field in a database daily at a particular time.

    Maximum budget is US$ 10.

    Paypal payment only after completion of job.

    You need to change it with the same data each time or is it a variable?

    Each day a new set of records has been added to the table. A particular value in the table is set default value '1'. I want to change it to '2' on a particular time of the day for the record where the date is current date.
